Use of the tools

The tools on this site are provided free of charge, for personal and commercial use, on an "as is" basis. You're responsible for how you use their output and for keeping your own backups of any files you process.

Accuracy and no warranty

We work to keep every tool accurate and reliable, but we make no guarantee that results will be error-free or fit for a specific purpose. This applies especially to tax, salary, gratuity, end-of-service and provident-fund calculators, as well as file conversions. Independently verify results before relying on them for legal, financial, employment, medical or safety decisions.

Acceptable use

Don't use ToolNova to process content you don't have the right to use, or in a way that disrupts the site for other visitors, such as automated bulk scraping.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Tools, pages or the site as a whole may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The ToolNova name, design and original site content belong to us. The tools' output (your compressed images, converted files, generated text, etc.) belongs to you. File formats and standards referenced on tool pages (JPG, PNG, PDF, JSON and so on) belong to their respective standards bodies, not to ToolNova.

Third-party services

Some tools load third-party JavaScript libraries or fonts from external providers to function (see our Privacy Policy for details). We aren't responsible for the availability or behaviour of those third-party services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolNova is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its tools, including loss of data, income or opportunity.

Changes

We may update these terms, or the site's tools and features, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
